Hello my name is Christina im 18 years old im 4'11 ( really short) i am 106lbs i am on probation and i get drug tested randomly twice a week i havnt smoked in 4 months except recently...I smoked Thursday (July 1st) to Sunday (july 4th) i smoked 7 blunts and about 6 bowls i stopped smoking again today and im not gunna smoke again until october wen i get done testing Saturday i used sum 1 elses urine that was clean to take my test i used a travel size shampoo bottle and put the clean urine in there and put the shampoo bottle in a condom and sounds gross i kno and uncomfortable...and it was...then i put the shampoo bottle in my vaginal opening and wen i went to take my test ...they dont watch me... i took the shampoo bottle out and emptied the clean urine into my test cup and so on...i will find out if that went well in a cupple days...now my ? is is there any advice in how to get clean faster than usualy becus im gunna do the clean urine thing for about 2 weeks but by then i want to be clean so i dont have to do the shampoo bottle ne more so if u have any advice for me please let me know thank you

Excersize. THC is stored in fat cells. As the fat is burned, it releases the THC metabolites your urine is tested for. Excersize burns fat and thus reduces the time it takes to release all the THC stored in the fat cells. Someone your size with your smoking history, I would guess needs about 10-14 days to clean out. But get a home test and test yourself at about 10 days. The home test are far more accurate than my guessing. Hope that helps, and by the way, welcome to the Sub Club. ;!) N2

if you get tested twice a week, i think you would probably test positive on your next test. try looking into dilution.

exercise and sticking to a lower fat, higher fiber diet usually is a good approach. While substitution may not be the easiest method, remember that it is always foolproof as long as you keep the temperature in check.

For dilution, consider using powerade instead of water since it contains vitamins that will help color your urine yellow; another way to help keep suspicion down among the testers.
