Used heavy for years...quit for 6 months plus...a toke or two June 5th, a toke or two June 19th....and now I will test 21 days after June 19th... I think my chances are decent...I will try and substitute, but it's doubtful...guess I'll have to dilute...just looking for some encouragement. I will DEFINITELY post my results! Gbear ![]()

| i think that you will be fine, but dilution cant hurt if you do it properly. try and get your hands on a home test so that you can see exactly where you stand.

I know I won't hear if I was negative...I wish I could... Been a week since test... Anyway, new employer dragging their feet on some things...which makes me nervous as hell...How long for results? I diluted somewhat with water and passed three home tests leading up....pre-employ test done by Labcorp...no way to know whether EMIT or GC test... repeat my situation....I was clean for six+ months, toked a little approx. 9 weeks prior...then one hit three weeks prior...

patience gummy bear, patience is the key. The best things come to those who wait ![]() In reality, I would wait till the end of the week. Did they give you a start date or any info about that? You could wait till the end of the week and call to see if you are "still under consideration for the job" (but don't ask about the drug test, just ask about your position in the hiring process.

thanks for the response...yep, they gave me a start date, but we agreed on that the day after my test...so I don't see it as a factor... what concerns me is that a couple of phone calls to my new supervisor have gone unreturned...along with a couple of other calls to HR seeking generic info...I worry there is a letter on it's way retracting the offer... only thing keeping me sane is the fact I passed three home tests...and that I only slipped up once recently... thing is, I already resigned my job to take this one...man...never again...this is huge...

I know what you mean by waiting and waiting. I was waiting to hear from my job. I called them and I wish that I could of asked him "Did I pass?" but of course I couldn't do that. I started two days ago and I must of passed. But I never heard those magic words "You passed". I too had given my previous employer my notice without 100% confirmation that I passed. That was the most nerve racking time I have went through ever. I stepped out on faith and it all worked out. I have now made the decision to give up the MJ for now. This job is too good of a job to mess it up over MJ. The growth opportunity is so great that it would kill me to have to piss test a few years from now after I have earned some stripes to have it all taken away from me and leave me with nothing. I work as a mechanic and from what I hear there is random piss test. Well one guy called it more like selective piss test. He said he was there for two years and and has already been twice. Then there are guys that have been there for 10 years and never had to go. Even though N2 suggested the cheap insurance in buying Quick fix I don't want to take that chance after I put some good years in at this place for it all to come down to if I can pull off another substitution. They can piss test me for injury also.(like most jobs.) Like I said I work with buses, so there is a lot of big stuff everywhere and there is a good chance that someone else can injure me unintentionally and I would still have to take a piss test. That's another concern for me. So with that said I will give up MJ for the moment and enjoy my new job worry free. Thanks for all of your help you guys and make sure that you blaze one for me! ![]()

Big Tone that is not only a professional outlook, but also a respectable choice for anyone who has been smoking or have decided to quit smoking. Some things are just worth giving it up for; and you know what, it is not the end of the world, you are not closing the book forever, there will come a time again when you will reunite with your herb, if you choose, and if you don't, you will know you left the herb on good terms. Cheers to your new job by the way and good luck!
