ok, im on probation and i smoked for thefirst time in a year, 2 days ago. i have a drug test comin up in bout 5 days. im 5'11, 165 lbs, id say i have a medium metabolism due to the fact i dont work out that much. should i risk takin someone elses piss, or will i bee good by then? i havent smoked in so long, i know it wont be in me long. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

i would suggest getting a home drug test. once you use that you can tell if you want to dilute your urine, substitute someone elses urine, or (hopefully) you are clean. i would do that ASAP though, because you dont have very much time.

You will most likely be watched during your test at probation. The home test is a very good idea, and if your hot, dilution would be your only option.
After only smoking one time, I'd say your chances if diluted properly, a good to pass the test. Best of luck....hope you let us know how it went.

Do not sub on probation; you are almost always watched by the MAN so you should not risk getting caught (I don't even know what they would do to you if they caught you, but I am sure it is pretty bad). One time smoke, you probably will be clean in 5-7 days, but I would IBID previous posts on diluting your urine:

As far as what can happen if you get caught subbing, that depends on your state's laws. Here is a link to a case in texas:

It tends to REALLY piss of judges when you try to cheat the system or lye to them...

I would get a couple home tests, dilute with gatorade and practice adding b-complex vitamins for natural color starting with 1 and adding .5 needed, Add a little salt 1/2tsp or so per 16oz of gatorade. Gatorade keeps the specific gravity up more than powerade, I have done controlled home testing runs with peroiodic specific gravity testing.. AND THERE WAS A BIG DIFFERENCE.

Also hit up a loading cycle of creatine monohydrate 5 doses of 5g a day for 3-4 days before the test.

Where I live, It is a felony to cheat on a lawfully administered drug test.
Also They will watch you, Usually standing behind you watching in a mirror.

On probation, If you get caught, They will not only violate you, But charge you with a whole new crime.

Remember on probation ; You have NO rights. They can tell you to drop your pants to the floor , Whatever they want. I am also on probation for MJ posession. It took me over 100 days to get clean. But I am heavier than you and was a chronic smoker for over 30 years.

They will usually not test you until the 2nd or 3rd month.

Also.. As soon as you can - complete your probation "special conditions" (fines, counseling, Etc ) you can get your lawyer to seek early termination. Usually this can be done after 1 third of your term is completed.

I was sentenced to 18 months. My Lawyer feels I can get off probation at the end of October -- Just 6 months.. I have not smoked since 4/29/04

I miss it more everyday.
