|  Getting Tested today....Help I am getting tested today....smoked on Sunday...a bowl......I have already drank lots of water and done the Naturally Clean thing....comsumed protein and creatine pills, along with B2 pill....anything else I need to know??? Any info is appreciated....  |

|  well it depends on your smoking frequency prior to that bowl, if that was the onlyl bowl you smoked, you will probably be ok, but if you were a chronic or regular smoker prior, you could still test positive. The dilution and such helped, but make sure to let us know of your results. |
