Default Reunion

Hey guys was wondering if you can help me out but im afraid I already know the answer. A buddy of mine is getting married at the end of this month and my friends are reuniting after about 5 yrs. We actually formed the ABT (albany bong team) back in school I was a founding member. Anyway currently im unemployed and worried about pre employment screens I really wanna partake in the festiviites I have been clean 30 days tommorow
2 questions are
1. Will I pass as is 26yrs 155lbs 5'10 above avg metabloism smoked everyday but 20 days from december 1997 til May20th since then have hardly puffed (maybe on 4 occasions) clean for 30 days on july 18th---plan on doing mild form of dilution(thanks N2) but dont want sample to come up diluted.
2.More importantly Given my history if I decide to relapse with my friends im talking a good 2-4 gram smoke fest(just for my own head) during the weekend of july 30th to 31st will that set me back another 30 days or is there something I can do or take immediately while smoking to get it rid of my system. Thanks a lot sorry to ramble.

Lightbulb I would suggest either not smoking or substitution :)

if you smoke that much you are probably going to need a couple of weeks to clean out again, and no, there is nothing that you can take to mask it or hide it when you smoke. But IMO, since you are looking for employment and you should be clean now anyways, is it really worth going through the stress and turmoil of trying to test clean when you can simply skip on the smoking until you are employed? Keep in mind that even though you may need to stay clean until you get a job, most likely once you get the job you will be able to smoke again, as many companies only test pre-emp, and don't give randoms (though some companies do give random testing to their employees)

Most of the time people on here ask questions after the fact,meaning after they have already smoked and such, but since you still have a choice it would probably be in your best interest to stay clean until employment comes along. I know for me I stayed clean and I was so much more relaxed going to interviews and such knowing that no matter what kind of test they throw at me, I will be clean for them without having to fool around with drastic measures.

But of course, you can consider this; if you are clean now, why not freeze a couple of samples of your urine; they are viable for one year after you freeze them, and you can use those samples if you have to take a test via substitution, and that way you can smoke as much as you want to!

The choice is yours, you can smoke, dilute, and hope for a passing grade, you can substitute, smoke, and be sure to pass, or you can abstain and know you will pass because you have been clean for so long.

Check out the links in my signature for tips on dilution, dilution with aspirin, and substitution. With a little practice, you will find that it is a lot easier than you think to substitute a clean sample; also, pre-employment screenings, almost always, are not observed, so you don't have to worry about someone searching you for your little bottle/condom of clean urine.

Does pre-employment screens happen alot down in the US? I've never known anyone personally here in Canada that had to take a urine test for a job.

yes they do, and it is absurd for the most part. For people who fly planes, drive school buses and operate heavy machinery, i.e. anyone who's job puts others in danger, that is one thing. But to test someone who is, say a computer technician, or a researcher, or someone who has a regular desk job, I think is ridiculous. In reality, those companies that do drug test are the ones that have been duped by the drug testing companies, who most likely sent a rep from the company to show how important it is to test employees for illicit substances. And in the end, the only concern the drug companies have is how fat their wallets can get by selling their drug testing products to labs who test for illicit drugs.

Sometimes I hate how the systems in the US work; for the most part, the US is really the main country that has been brainwashed into testing their employees.

IMO, what people do on their own time in the privacy of their own life is THEIR business, not the drug companies.

But then again, that is just my 2 cents. I hate drug testing, always have, always will. It violates our rights. If you are not in a job that handles other lives, I don't see the reasoning.

And here is another consideration. Say you do get a pre-emp drug screening and everything. Then, after your first day of work, you smoke a joint because you know the job is reality and the testing is done. In this instance, you have a worker who does smoke weed daily, they just quit long enough to get the job and pass the test. So in these instances, the pre-emp drug test was worthless.

Unless they randomly drug test, I just don't see the point. Anyone can just quit for a month and get the job, then go back to smoking. And in reality, most people do this anyways. I am sure you will read posts on here where people will say

"I passed my test, and I got the job..........time to spark one up!"
