|  Help! Hope someone can ease my mind a little! I had to go in for a physical today (they said "minor" and didn't mention a pee test!!). Anyway, it's for the school district (new teacher here). I smoke occassionally. The last time was the 4th of July weekend (about 17 days ago). I would say my metabolism is fairly slow and I don't exercise regularly. Am I screwed. Also, I don't even know if they are testing for drugs, just figure they are. Thanks |

|  Depending on how often you smoke, 17 days might be enough time. If you smoke less than once a week, you should test clean. Otherwise, drink a few liters of water and take some b-2 vitamins before the test.
