I smoked pot on 6/21/04. I have to take a 10 panel Drug screen test 8/2/04. I am not by any means a regular user. It was a party I went to and I took a few hits. Maybe 4 or 5. I am a female and I weigh 148. I do not exercise. As far as my metabolism I don't know . How accurate is this test? Can it detect my use? What can I do to assure that I will pass. Please help! I am in the nursing progam at school. If I fail the test I get dropped from the program.

Well first off cheers to you future nurse! It is a great profession and I am sure you will love it. As far as your test, you should have no worries, a single use like yours should only be detectable for a week at most, maybe 10 days in extreme situations. If you are overly concerned you can run down to your local drugstore and pick up a home test for yourself to put your mind at ease, but in reality, it should not be a problem. You will be over 5 weeks clean? Worried? Don't be........have a cookie as Mama would say, relax, and concentrate on your studies. Good luck!

10 panels, just means it tests for 10 drugs right?

yes a ten panel test means it tests for 10 different illicit substances
