I have to go to court on Aug 10 for some drug related issues and might be put on probation. Yesterday is the 2nd time i have smoked in about a month. The other time this month i have smoked was like 2 weeks before that. Waht i am wondering is will they test me the day of the court date, if not how long till they will drig test me. And also if my test comes out positive, can they do anything since i wasnt on probation when i actually smoked.

Usually you're allowed to fail your first test, because of what you mentioned -- that you could have smoked before you were actually on probation.

It's not uncommon for them to drugtest you once a month after that.

You can find at-home drug tests all over the internet, just do a search.

you may want to post on the legal/PYR forums for more info on the probation process; as to your drug tests, be prepared for one very soon after your court date.
