Sorry I know allot of people post scenarios but I am kind of scared. First off I am 6 foot 180 pounds with a real quick metabolism. I quit smoking pot for about 6 months. Then about a 6 days ago I decided at a party to take a rip of my friends killer krypto. I only took one big rip. Well today at work I was selected for a random test. I am scared I have a great job and make allot of money do you think I have reason to be scared.

probably not; a single use I would give about a 10 day maximum for a positive result, but most fall in the 1-5 day category; given your stats, you probably fall in this range as well.

P.S. Was it your first urine sample of the day or did you drink any water prior? Keep in mind THC metabolites are most concentrated in your first urine sample of the day

it was not my first urine of the day and I actually peed for a couple of seconds into the bowl first and then I peed into the cup. I have heard that the first amount of pee would contain the highest concentration. I did not drink any water b/c i did not know about the test. As a side not I take vitamin b complex pills everyday. In reading up I have heard that this will only help?
Please give me some more feedback

the vitamins help to color your urine yellow; giving a midstream sample is also advantageous, as is avoiding giving the first urine of the day. The concentration of THC metabolites will be lower in subsequent urine samples throughout the day since your urine will most likely be more water after your initial void in the morning.
