Hi All, I've spent a whole night reading posts in these forums, you guys are really great. I can't thank you enough for the info i've allready gathered.

Still, I have a situation and some questions -

Drug test in 4-10 days.

23y/o - 220lb - Average build - No excercise

Smoked one hit 1 week ago - 2 weeks ago i was a regular smoker (1/8 a week)

This is a simple pre-employment screening for a financial institution. I'm not comfortable with substitution unless absolutely neccesary. But the dilution method looks very appealing to me because it involves no trickery at the testing center, and it's pretty straightforward.

I've self-tested myself alot. yesterday i was positve. But today, i'm showing a very readable hint of a line on the negative side of the strip.

So worst case scenario is testing in 4 days. I bought XXXtra clean and precleanse gelcaps just because i've heard it works for people. From the ingrediants, it looks like it just boosts creatine levels and has B2 for yellow coloring of the urine. So i figure I'll just use it in the dilution method.

Now that i've allready bought these products -

Is Dilution method a good bet for me?

Can this drink (XXXTRA CLEAN) have a detrimental effect on the test?

Can the precleanse caps have a detrimental effect on the test?

I read the ingredients in the capsule - it's creatine and b2 - calling it cleansing is an outright lie, but I'm a vegetarian so I'm guessing my creatine levels are low to begin with.

Thanks so much for all your help. I hope one day we don't have to go through all of this crap to get jobs we're fully capable of doing, reguardless of our off-work activities.
