I smoked about twice a week and stopped for approximately 25 days. I then got high ONCE, and I have to take a test exactly one week after that most recent time.

How screwed am I? I never excercise, have an average/low metabolism, am male ~160lbs. I REALLY don't want to substitute if I don't have to, but right now I'm freaking out. Any consolation/advice would be greeeeat.... thanks...

you are on the borderline of being clean. With dilution, you should be able to pass the test no problem. Follow the links to my signature; consider using aspirin the day of the test to help fool the test into a negative result. Try to eat light meals leading up to the test, and take a creatine supplement or eat red meat approx. 72 hours prior to your deadline.

You may also want to consider a home test to help put your mind at ease; if you test negative at home, you should have no problem testing negative at the labs.

I agree with Mel on this one. I think your chances of passing with dilution are good. Your probably about borderline. So, you a good canidate for dilution.
By some home tests and do a practice run or two to see how you stand.
If you can pass at home, your pretty certain to be O.K. for the real thing.

thanks guys for easing my mind...... I'm still VERY nervous. 3 more small questions:

1. They said I had to do it within 48 hours of receiving the forms that I got today at around 4PM (so, by about 4PM on Saturday June 31)...... Do you think they'd KILL me if I pushed that to 72 hours (aka Sunday - they're open on the weekends) or is that automatically going to put me under suspicion, even if i just 'forgot'?

2. Also..... I went to Walgreen's and the only home test was $30 bucks. Is there any cheaper one than this? I'm low on money.

3. Gatorade or powerade? No difference? Gatorade has more electrolytes, but powerade has B-vitamins, from what I understand. I drank 2 liters of powerade in 3 hours today (after about 2 liters of water last night) for practice and it was definitely unpleasant...

Good call on the practice run. Gateraid vs Poweraid, what I've read from FaxtLX post is that gateraid seems to do better at holding S.G. reading above cutoff while poweraid is better for keeping some color in the urine. Do a search for post from FastLX.
As for the cost of home test, 1 panel THC test start at around $2-$3 on the web. These are cheap. http://www.meditests.com/drugsofabuse1.html

Get on the phone and call any major chain drug store or WalMarts, or Target, and ask for a THC only test. You should be able to find them for $15 or less. N2

Just took a home test (NEGATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!) and am going in about an hour....
