YEs Ive read somewhere that IF youre like a long time smoker , Youre body kind of gets used to the marijuana ,and it is usually much easier for long term smokers to hide the THC , by using the Dilution Asparin method , Is this true ?

Scenario : Smoke everyday , on the day of test Do the dilution method and pass ? Is it possible ?
In a recent article on Ricki Williams , They have interviewed several proffesionals , who claim that is really the only way to do it but they only mention the dilution part and NOT the Dilution Asparin.

Whats the real deal is it safe for Long term smokers to jsut smoke everyday and then jus tdo this on any day ?

well I don't know where you got that info from, but if you have a link I would love to read about it; if anything, it is going to be harder for a long term smoker to pass with dilution because your metabolite level is so high. As you smoke, over a period of time, you are constantly depositing THC into your fat cells; for this reason, you may find that as the years go on, you need more and more weed to get high; this is due to the fact that since your baseline is so high, you have to smoke to bring your blood level above your baseline in order to get high. So lets say your baseline is 250ng/ml in your urine normally being a chronic smoker; for you it is going to take more MJ to get high than someone whose baseline is, say 100ng/ml. When you come to the urine screen, dilution is trying to lower your baseline in the urine below the cutoff, 50ng/ml, by adding more water to your urine stream; but the reason some people still fail with dilution is because if your baseline is too high, no amount of water will drop your urine level below 50ng/ml.

The Ricky Williams article, which I have read, points to the fact that dilution helps because it is really the only way to drop your level in your urine quickly, by adding more water to your urine and thus diluting the THC metabolites in the urine stream. Water is the only real way to pass a test on short notice, but this can only be accomplished if you have a low baseline, which is why it is recommended to stop smoking for at least a week or so to help drop your levels before dilution. And for a chronic smoker, just like a regular or occasional smoker, the only way to rid THC permanently is to STOP smoking and work out and give yourself time to allow the body to naturally detoxify
