| Male, 215lbs. 6'2. Work out 5 days a week (30-50 minutes of running, cycling, stair climbing. Good (not great) metabolism...that has recently sped up dramatically (I have lost 20 lbs in last month.) Will have been clean for 50 days at test time. Was smoking everyday for about a month prior to last date...I was smoking about 1/2 a joint to a full joint a day. 29 yrs old. I only drink water, probably 50-70 0z a day. Very low fat and low carb diet. I would love expert advice. ![]() |
