I am 5'5", 155 lbs, male, 40 years old. Exercise about 3 times a week. Have not smoked in 15 years until yesterday. Took 2 tokes, yes I inhaled, off a roach. Today I found out I have a drug test in 2 weeks. Do I need to worry? What shall I do? I am thrilled to have found this site...man have things changed.

You have nothing to worry about whatsoever.
If you are really concerned by a home-drug test from your local store/pharmacy. ( eckerd, walgreens ect.. )

Take the drug test as soon as your wake up in the morning, because you will have the highest toxin levels in your system in the morning.
If you pass, dont worry about it. If you dont pass, then well if you feel its needed try to dilute yourself with a little bit of water and test yourself again.

Also how did it feel to smoke the sweet sweet reefer after 15 years of not smoking?

It tasted good...as I remember! What makes you say I have nothing to worry about? I thought they can detect if you smoked in the past 90 days. Wish I had a job where I can be a regular again!

You have nothing to worry about because you smoked so little.
marijuana is stored in your fat cells, and by smoking so little you either have very minimal amounts, or have burned it already.

Trust me you will be fine.
As i said though if you feel uneasy go to the store by a Home Drug Test and test yourself. It will make you less nervous about this test coming up.
The home drug tests have the same cutoff level as the one they are most likely going to give you. The more advanced drug tests they most likely wont use because they are very costly.
The cutoff for homedrugtests are at 50/ng.

yea man u have no reason to worry, it is detectable up to 3-90 days, those are the 2 extremes, u will be good in two weeks if u workout and stuff, i have passed in under 3 days

i went to eckerd's tonight and bought two different brands of tests, one was first check ($12) and the other was phamatech ($16). they had quite a few, i was kind of surprised. first check has tests for marijuana, cocaine, and then another test for those two plus amphetamines and a bunch of other stuff i assume you're not worried about. phamatech only had marijuana and cocaine.

i used the first check one the minute i got home and turned up clean. i'm going to take the phamatech one tomorrow when i wake up (i'm planning on taking the "real" test tomorrow so i just want to be sure before i go in!). i'll let you know how it works out if you want. the first check one was really simple, easy to use.

the only problem i can see with both tests is that the cutoff is 50ng, which means that, since i turned up negative, i have less than 50ng in my system (i smoked 3 days ago). the problem is that i've heard a lot of lab tests have a cutoff of 20ng... so if i still have over 20ng in my system, which is a good possibility, i could still be screwed...
