Hi...i smoked for the first time since April on monday 8-02-04. Today i found out that i have to give a blood and urine sample on 8-07-04 morning for a health insurance comapny. 5'10 170 Am i screwed? any advice would be appreciated.

I doubt the health ins. folks are looking for drugs. As a matter of fact I would say no way...don't worry about it...IMHO!

NO life insurance often DOES test for drug use and if life insurance is ever goig to be improtatnt to you DONT FAIL DUE TO DRUG USE-- you get black listed and very few companies will cover you and it will be expensive as hell

you should probably be ok if you dilute mildly; a one time use is only detectable 1-7 days, 10 at the most; if you dilute you will help your chances dramatically; I would not use the aspirin since it is not an essential part of dilution. And I agree with S2; health insurance companies are trying to protect themselves, which is why they will most likely test you for drugs
