I started back smoking again after a forced 4-half month hiatus, and I am back to puffing again. I smoke daily (multiple times), and thru circumstances beyond my control I will be taking a u/a on 8-10,11 or 12 2004. I found out on 08-07-2004. I went to GNC and bought 2 bottles of Total Eclipse ( a carb loaded cleansing drink, works in an hour and lasts for up to 5). I have quit puffing (the product says at least 48 hours before). I am 6' 200lbs. Iam going to drink lots of water and eat sparingly for a few days. My questions are would it hurt to drink 2 of these cleansing drinks ( the test is the panel dip test not worried about creatine or spec. grav.), and do you have any more advice on this rush to clean (at least temporarily) my pee. Thanking you in advance. If I pass I'll post asap-if I don't I'll post in 4-6 mos.

I would not recommend using both of the drinks since essentially one is going to do the same as two would; either way, you can do what you like; but I would only use one of the drinks. Stick to a low fat diet leading up to the test, and if you have time, take creatine supp 3 days before to help build the creatinine levels in your urine. With your smoking frequency, it is going to be difficult to pass a urine screen with dilution, but I have seen it done.
