| It's pretty well known that Advil can give you false positives on the EMIT test. Recently I've been taking a lot of Advil for various cuts and bruises since Aspirins been too hard on the stomach. My question is, is the buildup of Advil in my system over a week's span going to jeapordize any upcoming UA I may be taking? I know they do the GC/MS confirmation to make sure, but still, I don't want any hassle. So the chemicals in Advil that cause you to get a false positive, how long before they are cleared out of your system? I hope this isn't a fat soluble thing like THC... |

| Its pretty much a well known myth that advil causes false positive on the lab tests-- Advil won't give false positive unless perhaps you take toxic levels on the day of the test |
