Hi,

I rarely smoked until I couldn't take my job and quit. I've smoked about 1 ounce of pot for the past 6-7 months fairly regularly. In that time, I have also been exercising 4-6 days per week cardio and weight training and I've lost 61 pounds to get down to my current weight of 195. I spent about a month not exercising that much but now for the past two weeks I've been back to it. I try to drink 8oz-12 oz of water every day as part of my weight loss effort (speeds up metabolism and it helps make fat go away without settling onto your body!) Before my efforts, my metabolism was slower than molasses. It's much better now, but not great.

Now of course I have a fantastic job op with an investment bank and I found out the day of the interview (yesterday) that they drug test! My last bowl was on Monday night!

I'm going to walgreens to buy a home test to see where I stand. I hope I can find one that sends to a lab to give me my level quickly. I'm also menstruating right now. I've never seen anyone post about that.

I have a second interview next week. I assume if I get the offer I'd have to take the test the following week. That would give me two weeks clean.

What do you think my chances are? I'm not slick so subbing won't work.

Should I stop working out a few days prior, let myself eat lots of steak and burgers and do the dilution method? My pee is usually clear because of all the water I drink anyway.

I appreciate any feedback or advice!

I just took the At Home test and it's a negative! But it's only half the strength of the control. Should I send it into the lab anyway? I remember reading someone did that and it came back positive because the lab tests are much stronger.

Does anyone have experience with passing the home test and failing the real test?

Took second home test and I passed

Will anyone let me know what they think? If I passed two at home tests, will I pass the regular? I sent in my first to the lab and we'll see if it comes back positive instead.

if you passed a home test, most likely a real test will come up negative as well; depending on the test you took, some tests will say that the darkness of the line does not matter; others will say the darker the line, the cleaner you are. I would send it out anyways just to make sure; let us know how it turns out

I got the lab results back and horray! they really were negative.

Does anyone know what level the at home test checks for? I read people here saying 50 is what most company checks are at.
