Hi, First I'd like to say that I'm so happy to have found these forums. I feel so much better informed reading these posts, whether or not they spell good news for me.

Secondly, I'm a little curious about drug testing policies.
I'm going in for an "interview" tomorrow at a comany that states they are a "drug free workplace." Now, from what I was told (I am being brought in by my friend's mom, so this is all hearsay) I am coming in tomorrow to interview but also to see if I like the company. They want me to come in early, and I'm not sure if I'll have to be there all day but it is a possibility. Is this a situation where they can say "hey let's go take a drug test" and make me spot test right there??? Or is that not something they can do until I'm officially hired?

When a company is drug free do they usually make you sign a paper and then give you 48 hours?

I took one drug test once back in the days before I smoked, and I remember needing two forms of ID. I was thinking that when I go in tomorrow I'll conviently "forget" my wallet----do you think that is a good strategy to get me some time to schedule a drug test?

I'm 5'5", 115 lbs (but look about 100) with a fairly fast metabolism thanks to a lovely condition called hypoglycemia. I have been smoke-free for ten days, but before that I smoked about 5 days in a row with wildly varying amounts (1 toke one day, a bowl the next, 3 tokes the next etc.) Do you think I should be worried about possible spot testing? Should I dilute just in case for tomorrow and risk having to pee every twenty minutes? Or do you think I should be able to chill until I find out the exact date of my drug test?
