Okay, so I'm joining the service, up until last night, I had been clean for 3-5 months, so I'm pretty sure, that I had no THC in my fat cells, last night I smoked about 5 bowls(?) probably .3 or .4, I weigh about 205 pounds and have about 23% body fat, and I'm wondering how long it will take for this to get out of my system, I was thinking 2-3 weeks considering that I run and exercise and diet. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and does anyone know what the military tests for? What level of THC would be positive for their UA's?

if youve been clean for that long it should take less than a week to test clean
