hey fellas i smoked an eigth of headies to my head monday the 9th. previous to that i smoked all weekend exactly a month earlier. previous to that i havent smoke in over a year. i drink around a gallon of water a day. i am 6'0 200 lbs 14 % body fat. failing this test could mean termination. will i pass the 23rd? thanks all

hey man, be patient

You should probably be ok with dilution; my advice to you would be to stick to a light diet up until the test, plenty of fluids, but don't overdo the fluids, and test yourself with a home test a couple of days prior to the real thing to make sure your levels are below the cutoff, 50ng/ml.
