I smoked on friday and have a urine test on tuesday. I am 5' 9" and weigh about 175. I am usually an avid smoker but have not smoked as frequently the last 2 weeks. My matobolism is slow. I need to pass this test for employment. I have taken 1 multivitamin today, I have not ate and started drinking water. I was told tomorrow to take 1 more vitamin with plenty of water and then take another one at 12 with more water. My test is for 1:45. What is the likely hood i will pass this test. Please help

not that great, given your lead time; with the amount of time you have been clean, you can still test positive unless you dilute heavily so...........instead of water, tomorrow I suggest powerade or gatorade; mix in 1/4 tsp of salt per 8oz of liquid and consume enough fluids so that you are urinating at least once every 15-20 minutes. Your urine should be pretty clear but the powerade will help to put some color back into it since it contains b-vitamins; the salt will taste gross, but will aid in keeping you specific gravity up; you need to do this in order to keep your urine within the valid range for specific gravity. I would still suggest taking the vitamins as you pointed out in your original post; also I would pop about four aspirin about 30 minutes prior to your deadline, and eat a light meal the day of the test, enough so that you don't vomit the fluids, but not too much so as to cause too much absorption of fluids by the foods in your stomach.

With this approach you have the best chance of passing given your situation; of course, if you have a clean friend, you can get his or her urine sample tomorrow morning, crotch it, and use it for up to 8 hours after the person gives you the sample.

i drank plenty of water, gatorade and did not eat and i passed with flying colors gravity levels were okay and urine was not diluted i couldn't take any aspirins due to alergies to them but took plenty of vitamins
