Hey everybody.... i know its kinda short notice..... and a loooong story...

For the first 4 months of my probation, I kept clean. They didn't test me the whole time, so somewhere during the weekend right at the start of this month (about three weeks ago) i took back to my old semi-regular smoking habbits, (not nearly so much at a time, what with the drop in tolerence) but just as often, like 3 out of every 4 days) up until somewhere between monday the ninth and teusday the tenth. I had to see my PO on the eleventh, and she shocked me with a drug screen, but ducked out of it, claiming a sudden family emergency forced me to detour away from the urine lab. The test got rescheduled to friday the thirteenth, and I came prepared with on of those "pass your drug test" potions. Confident the potion had worked, i smoked again on the sunday and monday following. Tuesday morning i received a call telling me that the sample was suspiciously dilluted and that I had to report in the next day to retest. I drank a bunch of water and another potion to buy myself some more time. Friday as expected I got another call, this time from a much more aggravated probation officer, who scheduled another test for me Monday (about a week after my last bongrip) For the record, i'm about 6'2'', 180 lbs, less than 13% body fat, but I really haven't been excersising or anything so i'm not sure about how good my metabolism is. How should I proceed? I'll be checking the board all night for your responses.

Can you go a day without eating. I smoked a small amount (1 bowl) before I went on my hunger strike, that very same day it cleared out of my system.
Exersize, drink water, and fast.

First suggestion; read this post thoroughly on dilution:

Next, eat light meals up to the test, and follow my directions to diluting your urine including the salt, gatorade, creatine, b-vitamins, and aspirin; this is all detailed in the above link so I won't re-write the info here; if you follow the directions I listed on the link, you should be in good shape; I have had many documented cases of people being able to pass a urine screening after a week of being clean using dilution; dilution, mind you, is really your only choice IMHO, because you are probably going to be watched during your void

Your story is kind of unfortunate; as soon as you start smoking again, they drop the bomb on you and make you pee in a cup; sort of like Murphy's law I guess

you should drink enough salty gatorade to be urinating every fifteen minutes; basically you are going to consuming it pretty continuously the day of your test until you go to the labs; 32oz per hour or more is not uncommon; as long as you use the salt mix, you won't be too diluted. Home tests are available at your local drugstore; if you can't find them in the aisle, ask the pharmacist, they usually have them in the pharmacy section since they are a little pricey (30 dollars or so) I know CVS, Eckerd, Walgreens, etc. stores like this have the THC test.

Hey I took the test but in our meeting beforehand my PO was really not in a good mood. She told me that all my previous test samples including the one that I was putting in today were being sent to the corroner's office; and that I should be up front with her now about weather I was "using any sort of illegal compound, because the corroner would let her know." I kinda think that was just a tactic to scare an admission out of me, so I continued to deny any previous use. I was just wondering if the matter of a corroner's examination is a cause for legitimate concern. I mean, if there was an available test that was more sensitive, wouldn't the probation lab have it in the first place?
