first of all i want to say high to everyone, i read through most of the threads in this forum, but could not find a scenario that matches my problem. i am about 6 feet tall and about 200 lbs and i smoke hydro on a regular basis for the past couple of years (about 1-2 grams a day) and not very active. i found out the 16th of august that i need to take a test before returning to school next semester. i have been clean for the past week but i have been drinking and not keeping myself hydrated. i have to schedule a test in a couple of days. i need to know if dilution will help me pass. please, i need expert advise and any other pointer you can give me.

yo, i am in the exact same situation. I heard i was going to get tested a week ago the 16th. i go back to school sept. 7 and may be tested on the 9th or 10th. that means i have about 23-25 days. I've been clean a week now after smoking about 3 hits a day for the past 2-3 months. i'm 6'2" 203 lbs. and have started excersising more (hour cardio, weights). I'm in pretty good shape, don't drink too much water, and am on some regular medication, so i'm also wondering my chances of passing without extreme dilution. thanks for any opinions

thanks for the reassurance s2. i have a couple more questions. the gatorade/salt combo, should i be drinking it the day of the test or as many days as possible before the test.can i use niacin as a B-complex . and how much creatine should i take 72 hours before the test.thanks guys.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Vitamin B only help color your piss? So that only helps the day of the test right? I am curious as to when to start pounding home Gatorades and salt though..

gatorade and salt only the day of the test; you are correct in that b-vitamins only color your urine and should only be used the day of the test. Take the recommended dosage for creatine as specified on the label; basically one day of "loading" like a weight lifter would do (i.e. two doses that day) 72 hours before the test
