Hi, this is my first post here. I was hoping someone could answer my questions. I was just hired by a large corp. and given forms to fill out but no drug test. I signed a form that said i would give permision for them to pull my drug tests from the past 2 years (all of them werr negative) and a background check. My new super called me today with my start date but he didnt say anything to me about taking a piss test. Is it possible to get hired for a job and not have to do a drug test? Im kind of freaking out since Ive been clean for about 2 weeks and dont know if i need to worry about it. Do i have to worry about a surprize random test after i start my job?Any info would be great, thanks.

well if you do get one let me know; I have never had someone get a test after they start working unless they do randoms; I know the place I work for, which is funded by the government, did not drug test me, while other, less "prestigious" firms, do drug test. Don't be suprised if you never hear about the test again. Good luck at your new job!!
