Hi Everyone, Just a few words of advice as to what NOT to do! My hubby had to take a urine test for work (he is a truckdriver) he does NOT smoke on the road only after work, on the weekends.) Anyway, he tried substitution, he felt that it was not warm enough and stopped at the local gas station and heated it up MISTAKE! It was so hot it did not regsiter on the thermometer and the guy made him do it again, well this time he had nothing to substitute so it was his and of course positive for THC. He almost llost his job, his boss said if it was anyone else besides him they would have been gone, but he is such a good worker he can keep his job. The thing is the two other drivers that he works with use drugs that are much harder than weed and they came back clean using some sort of KleanOut stuff.
I think substitution is great but the place he has to go is 40 minutes away so to keep the correct temp is a big challenege, he has to re-take so we need to figure something out!

I havent' done it but toe warmers are supposed to work perfect.

The synthetic urine you can buy on the internet comes with a chemical heat activator, that you put in the urine (but does not show up on the test) 20 minutes before you submit it.

You could also bring a thermometor with you, one that doesn't make any noise, and make sure the urine is between 91 and 97 degrees fahrenheit.

Usually coffee works for me, then place the urine for about 20 minutes or so between the legs and it will surely lower down to the acceptable ranges if you do it correctly; you can measure the temperature with any thermometer, and you get can stick on ones from the tropical fish store that can stick to a bottle and record the exact temp; this is why we stress the importance of practice on the urine tests; practicing help to ensure you can properly control the temperature come test date.

on most its right on the side you just look and see if its colored in the range you want. If its to cold you better do something to warm it up to hot just wait till the temp lowers a bit
