Hi there,
Im a 5"11 225 pound male.(with a decent beer gut) I just found out that the test that I have to take now tests for THC in my urine. I have been smoke free for about 20 days. The problem is the test can come at any time and i dont know when it will be taken. Im guessing I have around 10 days before the test. Will i have a valid shot at passing this urine test (before that i smoked probably twice a week, for the last few months) And is there anything other then excercising daily that you can reccomend to help me clean out my sytem more? I cannot use a different set of urine becuase they wathc us urinate. They also test for different blocking substances that would "mask" different drugs. So do i have a realistic shot at passing, and can someone reccomend some other things i can do daily to clean me out a bit???? Thankyou very much to any replies !

nothing cleans you out from THC quickly; read my thread and follow the directions for dilution to help you pass the test.
