Hey guys I recently cut myself at work choipping tomatoes, I had to go to the hospital and get stitches, and then I filled the paper out for workmans comp the next day, I was wondering if I would have to take a drug test. If it helps it is not a chain resturaunt only one. Thanks guys

depends on the workplace; read your employee handbook or try to think back to when you were hired and if there were any stipulations on the contract with respect to urine testing; they have to tell you if they do urine testing at a particular employer; they don't have to tell you WHEN, but they do have to stipulate if it is a condition of employment or injury at the workplace.
