Hi, I may be panicking for nothing, but I am needing to go for a drug test at work in 2 weeks (new second job) I'm a big person about 285lbs and smoked about a joint a day until about 3 weeks ago then went through a dry period and didn't smoke at all. Then this weekend smoked about 3 joints (ofcourse before I found out about the testing! So now here I sit. How can I make sure that I'm clean enough for the testing?

actually, you should worry, because you most likely will not be clean at the time of your test;

read this thread http://www.marijuana.com/420/showthread.php?t=32063 and choose which methodology would work best for you; personally, substitution is your best course of action, but if you are not comfortable with that, follow the dilution guidelines and the steps leading up to the test including lowered fat intake, increased fluids, etc.

Thanks for the advise, think I'll do both dilution and substitution! I wish they'd just go ahead and legalize pot so we wouldn't have to go through all this! It's ridiculous!
