This is my plan to assure me a negative when I go to take my test. All critique is appreciated. I gathered this information after reading this site for the last 2 days so I may have missed something. If this plan sounds good enough to pass me then that is okay with me. Please reply witha sounds good if you think it will work.

Background:
Weed is the only drug I do
I am a occassional smoker maybe one joint a week
On the test day I will have had 10 days clean.
I will assume my metabolism is on the slower side lately

Creatine - I will be using it 3 times daily starting 4 days before test day up until the test

Aspirin - I will start 2 hours before the test by taking 3 each hour for a total of 6

B- complex vitamin - I will start taking a few B vitamins say 2 each hour starting 2 hours before the test

Gatorade - I will be drinking Gatorade instead of water since I have read here that they are both the same except Gatorade will raise my Specific Gravity. I might as well just use Gatorade instead of water at all the morning of the testI will drink until I am pissing every 20 minutes.

Now I assume these amounts of vitamins and aspirins are correct. Pleease feel free to make any changes to my plan and ALSO please AT LEAST REPLY with a "good job" if this looks right.

This is a little better, but all around a good methodology

Creatine - I will be using it 2 times daily starting 4 days before test day for two days and stop 48 hours before the test

Aspirin - I will start 1.5 hours before the test by taking 2 each half- hour for a total of 6

B- complex vitamin - I will start taking a few B vitamins say 1-2 each hour starting 3 hours before the test

Gatorade - I will be drinking Gatorade instead of water since I have read here that they are both the same except Gatorade will retain my Specific Gravity levels in the diluted urine when mixed with 1/4 tsp of salt per 8 oz of liquid consumed, enough liquid consumed to urinate every fifteen-twenty minutes. I might as well just use Gatorade instead of water at all the morning of the testI will drink until I am pissing every 20 minutes but I will drink one glass of water when I wake up in the morning and eat a very very light meal to help get the stomach ready for the influx of fluids.

I took a drug test recently and I wouldnt go overboard on the B pills One or 2 an hr to an hr and half will be enough my pee looked almost neon green because of 2 wouldnt want them to get suspicious ( I almost laughed when I saw it in the vial). I drank about 720z of Gatorade got the damn job but the Job sucks so Im still staying clean because im looking for better damn this sucks!!! I bought a phattie new bubbler at the Final Phish show as well as some diggities and a gooball and there all sitting in my frig calling my name. If you want to know my exact method it was this 2 nights b4 the test I ate 2 steaks,the night b4 I ate a ton of Sushi (the best source of Creatine from food) with the regular high sodium soy sauce. Day of ate 4 asprins at 9:30 began drinking 7 12oz Gateroade with a pinch of Kosher Salt in each ate 2 vitamin b pills(crushed them cause I wasnt sure if they were time released) at 11:30 ate 4 more asprins at 12:15 finished my last drink at 12:45 took test at 1:10....was clean for 20 days. Good Luck

Thanks for the tips and the critique. I just figured I could leave the salt out since I am a salt-o-holic already when I eat. Yes I will go light on the B vitamins cause I dont want to have a strange colored urine. Thanks for the help everyone

FYI gatroade does not raise SG per se, it causes it to decrease less as you dilute

I would test my strategy with a home test to see if I was on track
