Ok, here's my dilemma. I just rec'd a job offer... I'm due in for a urine test, supposedly one that will generate the results in a short amount of time.

Last smoked: Aug 14th (around 11pm; not sure on how much cause I was kinda drunk; don't think it was too much; couple hits maybe)

Age:29
Wt: 130
Avg to high metabolism (although declining w/ age)
Female
Not currently working out (though I should)
Occasional smoker (like once a month, maybe two at most)

I plan on taking the B Vitamin before the test, and the asprins... I also bough this OMNI drink as a precautionary too. Should I do these things and take the test tomorrow (Fri, Sept 3rd) -- Aside: I just want to get this over with..I think I'll be ok and I'd like to enjoy my long weekend KNOWING I have a job. -- OR should I wait till Tuesday (Sept 7th) to take it? Either way, the HR girl said I could start on Wed... So, should I just go through with it and relax a little (they'll give me the results quickly, or so they say)...OR go with the more 'secure' date of next week?

If you have any thoughts on the matter, I'd be glad to hear from you. Plus, should I BE super worried? I'm not, but after reading everyone else's paranoia, now I'm beginning to 2nd guess myself.

postpone it until Tuesday; the longer you have to clean out, the better your chances will be; also, even if you did take the test tomorrow, and smoked this weekend, if Tuesday you come up dilute, you will have to test again, and if you smoke over the weekend, you are going to test positive on the re-test. Always cover all your angles. But given your smoking history, you should be ok taking it Tuesday (though I would still dilute using the dilution methodologies and scrapping the "wonder potion")

Either way the choice is up to you, but if you are really eager to have this job, I would think staying clean for an extra few days, in the end, will be well worth it, since then you will have a paycheck, so you can buy more MJ

I took a test once, and the guy doing the results said that for occasional (weekend) smokers, urine results usually come up clean in 3-4 days after smoking.

no, a weekly smoker needs a week minimum under normal circustances.

Man you should be cool I would go get a home test that test at a 50 n/g level and if you come out clean without any dilution then you know your in the clear. If not wait till you do test clean then get take it. If you smoke once or twice a month and the last time you smoked was a couple weeks ago you should be cool and your pretty slim so that works for you. I would be the farm on it that your clean right now. A home test is like 10 bucks go get one right now and put your mind at ease.
