5'9"-5'10"
145 lbs
High? metabolism, not exactly sure what is 'normal' or 'average'

Hadn't smoked (weed) for 2+ years until this recent Aug 26th. Took somewhere between 2-5 decent hits, got fairly stoned, haven't done it since. Have an upcoming drug test for the US Army Nat'l Guard most likely this week (today is the 6th, its been 11 days. I'm thinking the test may be anywhere from Wednesday on). From what I understand it is up to me when I take the test, that is to say I can tell the recruiter that I would like to wait on it, but I really have no interest in putting it off more than I have to and/or giving arousal to any suspicion. From doing some searching around here it seems that for someone with my stats, it should only take a week or so to become clean. Is this accurate?

I guess I'm really looking for some advice here. Should I chance it? Supposing I take the test on say, Friday, it will have been at or over 2 weeks since having smoked. Is that enough time? Should I try and put the test off as much as possible, and if so, any suggestions on what to give as my reason for doing so? Much appreciated.

2 weeks should be sufficient; anything less than a week is cutting it kind of close

Dude you should be fine, if you havent smoked for 2 years, and then only had a few hits, and no more, it should be out of you in a few days. Good luck in the army bro, thats where im headed.

Just thought I'd followup with the results. I passed! Here's the details again, for the benefit of anyone in a similar situation wondering how they will fare:

- 5'10"
- ~145 lbs
- Faster than avg metabolism
- Was a one time smoke
- Took test after 19 days of being clean
- Did NOT overly exercise, drink excessive water, try dilution, or anything whatsoever
- Passed with flying colors.
