So I took my test today at Labcorp .... I drank a qcarbo at 9am then drank a 1.5 L bottle of poland spring ...the really big bottle ...then peed about five-six times before that... I had to pee really badly right before I walked into the testing facility ...and I figured It was best 2 get as much bad urine out as possible first. Im worried about 2 things ....

1. I was so nervous that I flushed the toilet ...the lab lady yelled at me " I told you not 2 flush" I say "duh im so sorry " she didnt seem to care that much. I WAS JUST ACTING ALL NERVOUS AND DUMB ... then she asks me to sign and date ..and dumbass I am I put my birthday ... haha !

2. My urine was clear had a faint very faint yellow .... WILL it come out diluted ..... ohhhhh the agony


Should I be worried about these things ??? any peace of mind could help me right now!

Some background info would help, first.
1. How long ago did you stop smoking?
2. How often did you smoke? (ie. everyday)
3. How many times did you smoke on the days you smoked? (ie. once a day, six times a day...)

I don't think you should worry about seeming nervous. The tester apparently didn't care, and I'm sure it's pretty common for people to be nervous about a pee test.

As for whether or not your pee is too diluted, you'll just have to wait and see. You did drink a lot of water, but I don't think it was too much.

Okay, so it's been about nine or ten days since you smoked. How much did you smoke on that day? How often did you smoke before then?

Each time you smoke, you build up a little more THC metabolite in your fat cells. If you don't give it time to excrete, it will still be there.
