I am about 6 feet tall and 160 pounds. I have been smoking for about 7 years, almost everyday up until yesterday. I have a urine test in about 5 weeks. I have been smoke free for only a day now. I also started working out on a stationary bike. I really need to pass this test. It is my second and last chance as I failed the first one. Ready Clean did not work. I was thinking about using Vale Perma Clean as the guys at the head shop suggested. They said I would be clean in 15 days. But I don't know if it will work. Plus I hear they can test for stuff like that. Does anyone know if that is true? It looks like it is just vitamins.

I am also thinking of using the dilution method, but I really cannot risk a dilutied result since this is already my second test and subbing is not an option. I really need some help. Please someone give me some advice.
