I just took a pre-employment drug test at a quest lab...I did the sub thing for the 1st time using a condom...the temp was right on at 94 and I was in a bathroom with the door shut...do they have cameras or a false mirror where they watch? Are the allowed to watch you like that? I live in Cali. He put the piss in the jar and I signed it so does that mean they think it's real? If I was being observed and they saw me, they would have stopped the test there right?

just a bit uneasy now cause I really want this job and help please?

I guess why I am worried is becasue the lab guy checked a box called "observerd (enter remark)" and then he scratched some little **** like one small word...you can even read it....but I was in a bathroom with the door shut..can they spy on me like that?

as far as i know, it's against the law to spy on anyone in the bathroom. "observed" could've meant that he saw you going in and coming out of the bathroom.

It is against the law for anyone watch you take a test, UNLESS you are in the military. I've read how soilders used sub urine and passed.
