After 25 years of smoking, it looks like I may have an employment urinalysis coming up. I probably smoked 2-3 bowls a day, of reasonably good bud.

I stopped smoking 9/9 and I think the earliest they could test me would be 9/23 (so about 2 weeks, although I'll push it back as far as possible). I'm female 5'7, 145 lbs, run and lift weights almost daily.

So my plan is: Keep working out, no smoke, stick to an Atkins-like diet, start taking constant cleanse (Clear Test) and start the creatin build next week, lecithin daily, stopping exercise and lecithin 2 days before the tests. Then day of test do the aspirin, lots of water and xxclean.

Is there anything else I can do? I really hate even doing this test. Two years ago I would have told them to keep the stupid job. But a year out of work does strange things to your convictions.

Two weeks isn't enough time to get you completely clean, you've been smoking long enough for it to be in you system for a month or better. I would only take the cretine supplement 4 days before that will build it up enough from being to diluted. Keep up the exercise it knocks off some time but not enough for someone with your kind of habbit to pass in two weeks. The xxxclean isn't going to do anything that drinking water and taking creatine wont do. If you take it and dilute your going to have a HIGH chance of being to diluted. I would sub if I was you but if you don't feel safe with that then drink enough water to make yourself go to the bathroom every 15 min and like I said a couple days before you want to take the creatine. Don't eat anything fatty these next couple weeks you want to burn as much fat as possible thats where the toxins are stored. Hope this helps =-)

I'm kind of new at this, but am I clear that there is an important distinction between "Being totally clean" and "passing a drug test"? That is, one can be not totally clean and still pass a test via dilution/aspirin etc.?

I'm not gutsy enough to try subbing, unfortunately, although I would love a national epidemic of this, to throw a wrench in this evil machinery.
