hello everyone, im new to this community and I would like to ask a few questions. First of all I would like to say I love the website. Im a pretty heavy person I would rather not say my weight but I am 5'4" and I am a chronic smoker. I was smoking every day for about 2 years. I only smoked about a gram a week, so like one bowl a day. Ive been clean for 4 days, total. And I would like to know some ways to get myself cleaned up. Im trying to get a job because I really need it, and im broke. I have a feeling that the visine/vinigar crap doesnt work. Anything will help, thank you for reading and giving me some of your time. Before I go, I have one more question...about the ad that shows up for herbal smoke shop ive been to that web site and they claim their herb is legal and they ship it to you and such. I would like to know if theres been anyone that has bought any herbs from these guys and if they are a rip off or not. Thanks a lot!!

Sounds like the substitution method or the dilution method would work well for you. Both of these methods are explained in detail in this forum. As far as getting ignored - I get the same feeling with my post. 65 people have viewed my post regarding a couple of products without one single reply. I guess it just goes that way sometimes. As far as the herbal products you mentioned -

sorry for not going into detail, but your questions were all pretty much covered in my thread, and I did not want to type too much

Those herbal smokes will not get you high or stoned like MJ does, so IMHO, I would stay away from them and not spend your money, but get them once to try and see for yourself, if you would like; I have always been one to experiment and try new things

Good luck; please direct any other herbal smoke questions to the appropriate thread (which, coincidentally is not this one since I really try to stick to urine testing)
