i have a big problem i have piss test at the end of every week and random piss tests. there is no way that i am quiting. Is there anything i can do???

you are not quitting and you still want to be clean? Come on, lets get serious; if you want to continue to smoke, your only option is substituting with synthetic urine samples from the internet or a head shop, synthetics run about 30.00 per sample.
