Okay on the 12th and the 13th of this month, my friends wanted me to smoke up because i havent done it in almost a year. So i smoked up with them both days, i did about 15 hits ont he first night and then about 4 hits the second day. A few days later after the 13th i recieved a letter from my first offenders program saying i start my thing on the 27th. Appereantly its similar to probation but i guess they sometimes do drug testing. My question is even if its not out of my system and i fail do i automaticly go back to jail?? because my freind told me if you fail the first time its technically considered that you smoked before your probation. And my other question is i drink lots of fluids every day which consists of water, diet sodas, orange juice, koolaid etc and i piss almost every half and hour, would that help flush out my system??? My weight is 222 pounds and im 6'0. another thing that i wanted to add, im a heavy alcholic, i drink almost every day can that affect the slow down of the pot getting out of my system?

I don't know if the positive test will result in jail or not but I would not risk doing nothing based on the info you gave. Drinking alot now will not help since THC is fat soluble but you might want to drink alot the day of the test. Also if in doubt do a home drug test, the cutoff on those is 50ml/dl but for probation/first offenders the cutoff could be lower (I think I remember someone mentioning it was 25ml/dl on some states.
