Hello,
I haven't smoked for months and months. I went home on leave and smoked August 28th and 29th(few hits.) Then smoked again September 3rd and 4th(week later, 3 hits each time.)
I'm 5'10, I weigh 145 lbs. I am energetic, with a high metabolism. I don't work out, but I sing. I sing in a band and in my room at least 3 times a week for 2 hours. So I am moving around quite a bit. I don't eat much, what I eat most is cereal, nothing high in fat, and I have very little body fat. Less than 7% for sure. Well I smoked those few times, and I had a drug test on Tuesday September 21st. 17 days after my last smoke. The night before the test I took a heaping tablespoon of creatine(I know it takes longer than 12 hours to process though). Then I took a multivitamin and a vitamin B12(8,333% DV.) Then I woke up at 6:00 a.m. and took another 8,333% Vitamin B12. And that morning I drank about two of the bigger, more round gatorade drinks. And I also put a full tablespoon(heaping) of salt in my mouth and guzzled it down with gatorade(not tastey.) Then once I got to work drank about 48 more ounces of water. 30 minutes before I took my test I took 4 aspirins. I pissed 5 times before I actually pissed in the cup, and I gave my midstream sample. And also, I crapped like 3 times that morning(mad diarhea.) I pissed at 9:15 a.m. It was a military test. Can I get a professional opinion on how you think I did!? Also, the vitamin b12 didn't work much, my urine was still pretty damn clear.
Help!

After all this, I'm done with smoking till I'm out. It's not worth the discharge.

Hell yeah. You're the one I wanted to hear from melanotaenia. I read up on Military Drug Tests. They put it though a screening first, and that is 50 ng/mil, and if they get a red flag from it, then they put it through the 15 ng/mil. And I've found a catch-all. If it comes up positive, I'm going to lose my cool. Deny everything, then later tell them I went through all my supplements, and tell them that one of my supplements has Hemp Seed Oil in it. Supposively, a while back the Air Force put a ban on using Hemp Seed Oil because it showed up positive in drug tests.

I recently read an article where the air force did indeed make legal hemp products, because they will not cause a positive on a test given by the military. Telling the truth is usually your best course of action if you were to test positive, but lets just hope that does not happen.

Yeah. Military has a no tolerance policy. I will do everything but tell the truth. There are many options I could pull through. Plus I have amazing evaluations, and my head chief is totally on my side, and he would push to do anything for me. I'll post results when I get them.

I've passed my test. From what I heard, there was one sample in the bunch that came back undetectable. I wonder if it was me. Either way, it didn't send out a red flag, and it didn't go through the GC/MS. Lucky me. I stopped smoking all together. Thanks to everyone for helping me out.
