I have smoked before and only once got messed up from it. that was liek a month and a half ago. Anyother times i tryed i didn't feel any different. I only did it liek once or twice a week. It been 3-4weeks since i have been clean. I was wondering if i get a urn sample for drugs will it show up?

yeah I since then have been working up at a junkyard swetting all day and drinking tons of water all day long. I drink liek 1/2-one gallon of water a day. I havent smoked much at all and when i started i didn't do much then quit so idk tomorrow at 8am is my test so do you think i should drink some gatorade or something before the test?

drink gatorade, yes, and urinate a few times before you go to the test; wake up earlier if you need more time to urinate at least three to four times before you go to the test.

well my physical is at 8am tomorrow and so far i havent drank anything i wont beable to go anywhere till tomorrow to go there. what should i do? Drink coolade?

Well today i woke up at 5:50 and drank cup of coffee with sugar and creme then drank liek 5-6 cups of water. I went to the bathroom once when i woke up then one more time right before i left. then i waited there till 10 then they took urnsample from me. It was yellow and i had to go pretty bad having to hold it that long. Do you think ill be fine?

Well thy did a little test there that was fine and then they also sent a sample to the lab for the results. the lab the stuff was sent to was ACM.

I dont know guys im still very nervous. When my piss came out it looked clear till it was put in the cup then it looked like a light yellow. I dont know i hope i pass. I gues i just have to wait it out to find out.

PS Please let me know what all of you guys think about my situation. When i smoked from a bowel. The only time i really got messed up was when i hit a bread bag bong and that was the last time i have done it and that ws atleast 4weeks ago. Ever since i havent been near it and been drinking alot of water. I only weigh 139 and im 5'10. I am very active and during the work day its really hot out so yeah i drink alot fo water to replenish my body. Let me know what yall think! thanks again! I am still nervous tho.....
