I am very happy that there are resources such as this one, a community helping good working people everyday in battling the hypocracy in our society.
Well, let me get started: I am a 27 yr. old male, who weighs approx. 160 lbs. and does not excercise. I am basically a skinny mexican who goes to college and work everyday ( I am sitting for the most part of the day). I have just been offered a job and while celebrating at home, i got a call from the HR and they informed me that i have to schedule for a pre-employment physical and non DOT-drug test at a local US healthworks branch Now, i am a chronic smoker who in the past month in a half just began to cut down a bit, due to $. Today it is 09/24/03 and the last time I smoked was two days ago (two small bowls). Before that, in the last month in a half, I went ten days without smoking and after the tenth night i smoked a bowl. I then went a week without smoking and then smoked a couple bowls. I then went another week and smoked about 4 bowls. I went a week again and then it is now present time. I am considering substitution, but i am nervous Since, the i have no idea how the physical will be conducted at US healthsucks. I dont want to stash something in my crotch, then just to be asked by some doc. to drop my pants and cough . Is there anybody out there that can give me some good advice in regards to what to do. I guess i can hold off on the exam by not scheduling it, but i think i can only hold it off for a week or two, by telling the HR that i have to take care of my school and other job for now. So, please brainstorm a plan for me gys and gals. And let me know what i need to do to pass this non-dot test. Anybody experienced with US healthworks please reply and of course the ones with the skills to pay the bills Please HELP me!!! Oh, I almost forgot, Do somas come out too, cause I take those for a previous neck injury w/out a prescription, today and last week, i have taken about 4 of them. PLEASE REPLY!!!

Did you notice that there are hundreds of threads that address the very issue you raise right here in this forum-- c'mon, read a littel and then ask specifics about some particular method you think my best apply to you-- dont just post without doing any research and ask everyone to regurgitate what is already here.

I did read- the technique- before posting, I am just hoping to get a well rounded response from the community. I am very curious and desperate enought to try the asprin technique and good thinking about arriving early (So thanks) I am assuming that US healthworks well first make me cough and then tell me to go piss, -no way of doing the substitution method.
Well, should I abstain from la M until test time or would the asprin dilutoin method work no matter what frequency of use?

absolutely the first step whenever notice of a test is recived is to stop consumption immediatly

Ok, here we go, I pushed it back until oct. 7th what do you guys think, (check out first thread). I have all your ingredients for the technique, but dont want to have to retake. Im going to start running tommorrow.
i am 5'10 and weigh 165 lbs. (skinny) with pretty fast metabolism cause im always stressing and going hungry.

Thanks for your time and the great work. So, what i said earlier still stands, and i have procrastinated the physical. It seems that they will let me milk more time until oct. 14. That is the deadline. I have read most of the threads lately, but wanted to establish contact with the community still. I have abstained and want to know if i now have a good chance of passing the non-dot drug test, what do you gys think? Outstanding work S2!!!

It is today and last day was 09/22/04. I am 160 and 5'10' with a high metabolism, I have all the ingredients for the dilution method but wanted to hear an opinion or assurance from the community. What do you gys think?

You should have done fine-- I hope you didnt dilute too much. I cant emphsize enough that people should use home tests to see if they even need to dilute or to check the maximum dilution level that will allow them to pass in order to minimize getting flagged as dilute.

Did you pass man? I have the same thing coming up with US Healthworks. Can you please tell me what happened when you went in? Could you have subbed? did they draw blood? My test/physical is this week...
