Ok, I am 189lbs, workout regularly. I had a pee test 2 wks ago that I passed and I have been clean since, which makes me very confident in saying I am completely clean. I have another test in 26 days, If I were to smoke once today and abstain untill the test, would that be enough time to pass it? Also I read in the FAQ that GC/MS are rarely done first and are only used to confirm a positive EMIT. When does this rarely come into play? Can anyone tell me what organizations do this type of test first?

almost no one does GC/MS the first cut-- its almost always used only for confirmation-- you may be ok with 26 days but its a fairly stupid risk unless the cosequences of failing arent that important to you
