I'm currently cleaning my system of THC and wanted to ask some advice before I did something. I stopped smoked yesterday (October 2nd) and I know it will take me 40-45 days (that is how long it took me last time I cleaned out) to completely clean out. If I began an exercise program along with drinking enough water every day I was wondering if the exercise would speed up or slow down my cleaning out process? I was once told that alot of exercise would release more stored THC in my bodyfat and therefore would cause me a longer time before I was clean. In case it helps, I am 5'10, 213lbs (decent amount of bodyfat), with, until now, a pretty inactive lifestyle. I don't want to slow down the process anymore than I have to. Any adivce would be appreciated.

exercise will speed up your metabolism, thereby leading to a quicker detox period since an increased metabolic rate leads to a faster fat cell breakdown rate in the body. Exercise as much as possible for quicker results.

Thanks for the help. On a different note... How do I set my avatar? I went to the section to edit my avatar and it is set to "do not display avatar" and will not allow me to change the setting. Suggestions?

Isn't it true that it will help yes but not as much as someone who exercises all the time not just when they want to become clean. It takes a while to get your metabolic rate up and thats what speeds the process up.
