I don't smoke pot, I don't even really drink. I have only dabbled in smoking pot. I smoked pot (4 or 5 tokes from a pipe) last Wednesday the 6th of Oct.

However I stumbled upon this website and became very interested considering the situation I'm dealing with right now. Someone please tell me if I'm just freaking out or not...

I just got a new job that requires a urine test. I took that test today. My question is this:

Since I only took a few hits (4 or 5 like I said) and it was over a week ago that I did it, is it a possibility that THC will show up in the test?

BTW, I am 5 foot 10 and weigh about 150 and exercise about 3 days a week. I have a fairly fast metabolism. SO WHAT ARE THE CHANCES?

Yep... even a hit or two, as long as a month before the test can show up in the results.

So seriously I'm screwed then? What if that was a night when I was at a big Dave Matthews concert where lot's of smoking was going on...could that be an excuse?

sorry, but chances are that you failed; with dilution you might have been able to fool the test with a diluted urine sample, but as you did not prepare beforehand, you will inevitably lead to a failed test result.

But then again, stranger things have happened.................Good luck

***Update***

Just wanted to let those who told me that I was screwed, that I passed the urine test. (not to rub it in)

But I guess it just comes down to different factors that I turned up negative on my test. I was scared that I was going to not get this job, but I ended up getting it NEWAYS...
