I am a HEAVY smoker (daily for many years). I HAVE to pass a test on Wednesday. (Today is Monday.) I will abstain for more than 48 hours. Will the aspirin/dilution work for someone like me (overweight, but I have been working out for a couple of months), or should I just substitute and fah-get about it. I have a clean donor but and concerned about getting the sample in the testing facility. I am thinking about positioning the sample in the 'warmest' place using a heavy duty ziploc bag. Should I try to pass on my own (any possibility this will work?) or just use the clean?

I need some answers quickly. Thank you for any help.

that is what you are going to HAVE to do because you would still fail under dilution given your smoking frequency.
Use a condom to bring your sample to the lab, and if done correctly, temperature should be fine
