I've got a little under two weeks to clean up because i want to make a good impression to my probation officer. I'm about 6'2" and weigh 150-155.


I'll even tell the story of how i got in trouble. I had a party at my house and the cops had come and we were out on the back deck and they came up and breathalized us all. It was my house and i had blown a .028. Since there were a few people in the house that wouldn't come out, they ended up going in with the k-9 to get them. In the basement of my house, inside a drawer, i had a few roaches inside of a tin (weighing less than 2 grams). The cops found that and gave me a possession charge along with my minor consumption. The real kicker is what the court of LaGrange County, Indiana is giving me. im facing 60 days jail time, 1 year probation, 24 hours community service, and drug and alcohol counseling. I even got a lawyer and this is what im getting. were trying to get my jail time to be served on house arrest but the judge doesnt think thats harsh enough for my actions. WHAT?! we're talking about 1 beer and a couple of roaches. I've continued smoking to deal with all of this stress, but it's time to clean before i get in any more trouble.

any help is much appreciated.

I can't believe he did so little for you! Sounds to me like he put together a nifty deal with the prosecutor!

Look at the top of this forum for the sticky on aspirin and dilution. With two weeks of clean time and that regimen, you should pass the pee test with flying colors! Good luck!

actually for a alcohol consumption of that level, coupled with more than 1 gram of Marijuana, and depending on the mood of the judge, this is around the norm, most likely you will be given the probation, along with the counseling, but most likely will not face any jail time, and the house arrest seems a stretch, but I have seen this happen before, especially when the local cops are involved and it is a smaller town.

Also keep in mind that alcohol consumption under 21 is illegal, and so is marijuana, smoked or in a tin in the form or roaches

Wow, you got screwed. Either LaGrange County, Indiana is overzealous or your lawyer is worthless piece of crap. (Maybe a little of both.) I know someone who got a possession ticket and it was reduced to a parking violation. Sorry to hear about your situation. Like someone else mentioned, two weeks clean + the dilution method = passing with flying colors. Keep it up.

Yeah, its a small community, and the judge is a prick. I've already been given the sentance, my lawyer is just trying to get the judge to allow me to serve the 60 days on house arrest instead of in Jail.

God, I hate being such a CRIMINAL.

thats what i'm planning on doing. Its tough at first since i pretty much haven't missed a day of smoking for the past year, but i can handle it. I just keep thinking about how high im gonna get once i smoke down after being clean for a year. like the first time all over again

I'm somewhat in the same boat as you. I was caught back in August for an 8th bag and Drug Paraphernalia. I got a half-way decent lawyer and he worked with the prosecuter and judge. I admitted to the Drug Paraphernilia charge and in return I had the possession charge dropped after learning that although paraphernilia is a harsher offense the judge was going to sentence it the same way as the possession. So I had my license suspended for 6 Months and am currently on Probation as of 10/26/04. I have my first drug test 11/15/04.

I'm in a small town outside Cincinnati and the cops around here act like they are in the LAPD. I mean for me when I was pulled over and the marijuana was found they called in an additional three police cars. Shows you how bored they get out by me I was the big bust.

I'm gonna try the dillition method first because I'm not sure they will watch me or not. That is the best way to go most people on the site seem to pass using those methods. Look around the site. Hopefully things will turn out good for you.
