i smoke once a week one blunt a week would that be considered chronic or is that occasional? and also i weight 190 mostly muscle i work out 1 hour 5 days a week weight training so in my case it should not take me long for the thc to come out? just wondering

that's considered a regular smoker. i'm pretty much in the same boat as you, and i've tested negative on home tests in as little as 6 days after smoking.

i just took a test i tested negative last time i smoked was sunday today is saturday before that i smoke exactly a week ago thats nice =)
