| I am a light smoker, my wife & I take a few tokes on a joint, at most once a week, enough to get a buzz but not smoking because it is there (usually 8 tokes each, over the evening, is enough for what we want). I get tested at work every couple of years and as I knew it was getting closer to test time I have bought some home test strips. So here is the situation. Our last smoke was Sat Nov 30. I took a home test just now (Mon Nov 1), 48 hours after smoking. Although much, much fainter than the control, the THC test line was there; Negative. The test strips have a 50ng cutoff. Here is the question. From showing just clean after 48 hours, how long until I am safe from the GC/MS cutoffs ? My test is scheduled for Nov12.... Thanks guys...... |

| Thanks, by the way, once one gets below the 50ng level, at what level does a "second hand smoke" argument start to become valid. If GC can measure it in your system for months. I figure at some stage this must become a reality ? |
