| Got exactly 7 days before i have to go for the test. Been smoking at least 1 joint everyday for the past year. Decided to stop smoking immediately and started a kick ass training program. I heard sweating works for getting the thc out of your system. Will all this exercise help or just turn me into a chump? Its gonna be a long week...any advice welcome. From south africa. 26years, male, 74kg. dont know what that is in pounds? been smoking swazi, no higher grade or hydro's. |

| Exercising helps but it really doesn't have to do with sweating a lot. If you exercise a good 2 weeks before a test it'll help speed up your metabolism some. Drink a lot of fluids, eat a low-fat diet with a lot of fiber, exercise, and read up on the substitution and dilution sticky's above. It'd also help everyone if you posted your height and weight.
